DECE का full form है Diploma Entrance Competitive Examination [Lateral Entry]। यह परीक्षा BCECE Board (Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board) द्वारा हर साल आयोजित की जाती है। इस परीक्षा के ज़रिए qualified students को Bihar के Government और Private Polytechnic colleges में Engineering Diploma के 2nd Year में direct admission मिलता है – यानी आपका 1 साल बचता है और आप पहले से faster track पर आ जाते हैं।
2026 में BCECE Board ने 18 March 2026 को Official Notification जारी किया। Online Registration 20 March से शुरू है और 23 April 2026 Last Date है। Exam 24 May 2026 को होगा। इस पोस्ट में हमने सिर्फ dates नहीं, बल्कि documents list, preparation tips, expected cutoff, और common mistakes – सब कुछ detail में cover किया है। तो पूरा पढ़ें और बिना किसी गलती के आवेदन प्रक्रिया को सही तरीके से समझें।

🎓 Eligibility Criteria – कौन Apply कर सकता है?
DECE LE 2026 के लिए eligibility बहुत simple है। जिन students ने Science background से पढ़ाई की है या ITI की है, उनके लिए यह exam designed है। नीचे clearly समझें:
✅ इन्हें Apply करना चाहिए
- 12th Science (Physics + Chemistry अनिवार्य + Maths या Biology) उत्तीर्ण
- 12th Science Vocational / Technical (उचित विषयों के साथ) उत्तीर्ण
- 10th + 2 वर्षीय ITI (Appropriate Engineering Trade) उत्तीर्ण
- Final Year वाले भी eligible – Counselling तक result लाना होगा
- कोई Age Limit नहीं – कोई भी उम्र का candidate apply कर सकता है
- Bihar के बाहर के students भी apply कर सकते हैं
❌ इन्हें Apply नहीं करना चाहिए
- 1 वर्षीय (1-Year) ITI उत्तीर्ण students
- जिनका ITI trade Engineering से related नहीं हो
- जो Last Date तक Qualifying Exam pass नहीं कर सके
- Arts या Commerce background (without Science subjects) वाले
- जिन्होंने सिर्फ Biology + Chemistry लिया हो (Maths जरूरी है Engineering branch के लिए)

Form fill करने से पहले नीचे दिए गए सभी documents scan करके रख लें। इससे form भरते वक्त कोई last minute problem नहीं आएगी।

📝 DECE LE 2026 – Online Apply कैसे करें? (Step-by-Step)
नीचे दिए गए steps को ध्यान से follow करें। एक भी step miss करने से form incomplete रह सकता है।
- 1Official Website Open करें Browser में bceceboard.bihar.gov.in open करें। Homepage पर “Online Portal of DECE (LE) 2026” का link ढूंढें और click करें।
- 2New Registration करें पहली बार आने वाले – “New Registration” button press करें। अपना या Parent का Email ID और Mobile Number दर्ज करें। दोनों पर OTP आएगा, उससे verify करें। यही details permanent रहेंगी।
- 3Login करें Verification के बाद आपको Registration Number और Password मिलेगा। “Sign In” button से Login करें। Password कहीं safe जगह note कर लें।
- 4Application Form भरें Step 1: Personal Information (Name, DOB, Gender, Category) → Step 2: Contact Details (Address, PIN Code) → Step 3: Educational Details (Board, Year, Marks, Roll No.)। हर step में “Save & Continue” करते जाएं।
- 5Photo, Signature & Live Photo Upload करें Passport Photo (10–50 KB, JPG) और Signature (4–30 KB, JPG) upload करें। Portal पर Live Photo भी capture करना होगा – अच्छी lighting में, plain background में बैठें।
- 6Preview करें – सब check करें Final Submit से पहले Preview में हर detail check करें। Name spelling, DOB, Category, Photo – सब सही है? कोई गलती हो तो “Back to Edit” करें।
- 7Final Submit करें सब कुछ सही लगे तो Declaration पढ़ें और “Final Submit & Proceed to Payment” पर click करें। Submit के बाद editing window (25-26 April) तक wait करना होगा।
- 8₹2200/- Fee Payment करें Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card या UPI से ₹2200 + Processing Charge pay करें। Payment successful होने पर ही application complete मानी जाएगी।
- 9Confirmation Page Download करें Payment के बाद Confirmation Page और Fee Receipt जरूर download और print करें। इसे Admit Card और Counselling तक safe रखें।
🔍 Expert Analysis – Competition Level, Cutoff & Seat मिलने की Probability

Important: ये cutoff figures पिछले वर्षों के trends पर based हैं। Computer Science, Electrical और Civil branches में cutoff ज़्यादा होती है। Mechanical और Mining branches में cutoff comparatively कम होती है। Official cutoff BCECE Board द्वारा result के साथ release होगी।
📚 Preparation Strategy – Subject-wise Tips & Study Plan
DECE LE exam में 3 subjects होते हैं: Physics, Chemistry और Mathematics। Exam 2 hours का होता है जिसमें Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) पूछे जाते हैं। सही strategy से आप 1 महीने में भी अच्छी तैयारी कर सकते हैं।

- Motion, Laws of Motion और Work-Energy Theorem – इनसे हर साल 4-5 questions
- Current Electricity और Ohm’s Law पर ज़्यादा focus करें
- Ray Optics (Mirror & Lens formula) – formula याद करें + numerical practice

🚫 Common Mistakes – Form भरते वक्त ये गलतियाँ भूलकर भी मत करना
हर साल हज़ारों students ऐसी mistakes करते हैं जो आसानी से avoid हो सकती थीं। इन्हें ध्यान से पढ़ें और safe रहें:

Last Date का इंतज़ार करनाServer 23 April को heavily loaded रहेगा। Timeout या payment failure का risk रहेगा।
✅ Fix: आज ही या अगले 2-3 दिन में apply करें।

Photo / Signature Wrong UploadPhoto की size, format या background गलत होने पर form reject हो सकता है।
✅ Fix: JPG format, white background, 10–50 KB photo use करें।

Online Registration की Last Date 23 April 2026 है। Fee Payment की Last Date 24 April 2026 (रात 11:59 बजे) तक है। Server Load से बचने के लिए अंतिम दिन का इंतज़ार बिल्कुल न करें – आज ही apply करें।
DECE [LE] 2026 की Proposed Exam Date 24 May 2026 है। Admit Card 15 May 2026 को Official Website bceceboard.bihar.gov.in पर Upload होंगे। Admit Card download करने के लिए Registration Number और Password की ज़रूरत होगी।
DECE [LE] 2026 की Application Fee सभी Categories के लिए ₹2200/- है – General, OBC, SC, ST, Divyang – सबके लिए एक ही fee है। इस exam में किसी category को fee concession नहीं मिलती। Payment Online Mode (Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI) से होगी। Fee जमा होने के बाद Refund नहीं होगी।
इन तीन में से कोई एक होना चाहिए:

DECE LE का Exam Moderate Level का होता है – 12th NCERT level के questions आते हैं। Chemistry सबसे ज़्यादा scoring होती है। Physics में conceptual questions ज़्यादा होते हैं। Mathematics में speed और accuracy दोनों चाहिए। पिछले साल के PYQ solve करना सबसे effective strategy है।
DECE LE में कोई fixed minimum qualifying marks नहीं होते – Admission पूरी तरह Merit-based होता है। पिछले वर्षों के trend के आधार पर: General Category के लिए 135–150 / 200 (67–75%) तक marks अच्छे colleges के लिए adequate हैं। SC/ST candidates को 90–110 marks में भी seat मिल जाती है।
हाँ! लेकिन conditions हैं:
✅ 10th के बाद 2 वर्षीय ITI (Appropriate Engineering Trade) करने वाले apply कर सकते हैं।
❌ 1 वर्षीय ITI करने वाले eligible नहीं हैं।
